To secure your preferred appointment time it is recommended that you make an advance booking.
24 hours notice for cancellations is appreciated both by us and other clients.
Failure to do so will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
If you forget to cancel or don't show up, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged.
We use 100% natural & pure, made in Australia products Simplicite.
Please arrive at CLASSY 10 minutes prior to your reservation.
We do not want you to miss out on any papering.
To ensure your time spent with us is as escapist as possible and for the comfort of others, please turn off your mobile phones upon arrival at CLASSY.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Travellers`s Cheque & cash.
All credit card payments will attract a 3% surcharge.
All therapists at CLASSY are very experienced, Diploma Qualified Professionals who maintain the highest level of excellence & will protect your privacy at all times.
You need to advice & present the gift certificate at the time of booking and visit. CLASSY has the right to reject any booking, if the voucher is not presented.
Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable.
Our Gift Certificate are valid for 3 months or have set expiry dates. If you do not use the certificate prior the expiry date it will be irrecoverable.
Gift Certificate issued cannot be refunded or exchange for cash or used against other offers.
