Q Should I pre-book my spa appointment?
a We welcome prior bookings. Treatment menus and appointments can be sent to you via email.

q How do I choose my treatment?
a We offer a menu to spoil and pamper. Please feel free to visit for a complimentary consultation or ask us by phone and email. Our therapists will help you decide which treatments will be most beneficial to you.

q When should I arrive for my treatment?
a We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time.
If you arrive late, we will finish your treatment on time.

q What if I have special health considerations?
a Please notify us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, other physical ailments, or if you have any allergies. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body please let us know.

q What if I need to cancel my appointment?
a We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Because your appointments are reserved especially for you, 24hours notice for cancellations is appreciated both by us and other clients.

q Is it ok for ladies to receive treatments during their period?
a Yes it is ok to receive massage, facials, manicures & pedicures. If you are booked for a spa body treatment we do not recommend receiving the treatment for sanitary reasons.

q Is it ok to put make-up on after my facial?
a It is fine to apply make-up after a facial in during the day for avoid sun damage.
A treatment foundation that contains sunscreen is also suggested.
We don't suggest to put make-up in the evening if not necessally.

q How long should I wait to receive my next facial?
a For most clients, maintenance facial once per week is recommended to clean and hydrate the skin. IPL Photo Facial once 2-3weeks are recommended.

q What kinds of ingredients are included in your products?
a All of our products carry various ingredients. Depending on what you are allergic to, it is best to inform our staff prior to receiving your treatment.

q What types of blends do you use for massage?
a We use simplicite massage oil (Almond, Apricot kernel, Wheatgerm, Sesame, Avocado, Marjoram, Geranium, Lavender, Chamomile Litsea), Greape seed oil and jojoba oil.

q Should I tell my therapists if I’m using any prescription medicine?
a Yes. Absolutely. This information is very important to all treatments at CLASSY Beauty Salon. It will be held in the strictest of confidence. Please inform your therapist of any and all medications that you are currently taking prior to treatment.
